The Mindanao Digital Network (MDN) is an informal group of licensed amateur radio operators across Mindanao who are working together to build a radio network for emergencies. This network would combine the reliability of analog radios already used by local authorities with newer digital communication methods, allowing for better communication and expanded range during disasters.
