Caribbean Emergency Echolink Network. This TG is the hub for the Caribbean Emergency network. A net will be run every Tuesday evening. It is where we can practice Amateur Radio and promote inter island communications and friendships
Origins of CEEN:
Raf and Klaus Rung VE3KR are the founders of C.E.E.N, the Caribbean Emergency Echolink Net. C.E.E.N was and still depends on EchoLink nodes, which were built and installed in the Caribbean Islands by Klaus Rung many decades ago, now with the addition of DMR (TGIF 973 ) and AllStarlink(431420). Raf has been a licensed amateur radio operator for many years, operating in Canada as VA3RIR, Barbados as 8P6RR, and now in Guyana, 8R1RR.
